Vonnect Support
If you believe a Vonnect user or provider has violated our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, report the activity through Vonnect or contact Vonnect Support.
Users should contact Vonnect Support promptly if they believe their account or Vonnect Minutes were used without authorization. Vonnect may investigate suspicious activity and restrict affected accounts where necessary.
If an eligible call cannot successfully connect because of a verified Vonnect technical issue, or if a call disconnects unexpectedly due to a technical issue, contact Vonnect Support. Vonnect may review connection logs, call records, call duration, Minutes used, account information, and relevant technical information, and may restore eligible Minutes or provide another appropriate remedy where warranted.
