Real Conversations. Real Access.
Traditional social media allows people to follow, watch, like, comment on, or message people they admire, but meaningful direct access is often limited. Vonnect creates an opportunity for real one-on-one interaction.
A user does not always need to schedule an appointment and wait several days for a conversation. Users can see when verified providers are available and initiate a real-time video call. No advance appointment is required for the core Vonnect calling experience.
Verified providers can make themselves available with Go Online, or give selected users enhanced direct-call access through Lock In. If a call is accepted, the user accesses the video-call service using Vonnect Minutes according to the provider’s applicable call rate and the duration of the call.
Download Vonnect, discover verified providers, and connect on demand. No advance booking is required.
See who’s online. Discover verified providers and browse profiles across Vonnect.
When a verified provider activates Go Online, eligible users can initiate a video call. Selected users may also receive Lock In access.

Lock In does not guarantee that the provider will answer.
Lock In gives the user permission to initiate the call. It does not guarantee that the provider will answer. Normal Vonnect Minutes and video-call rates apply to accepted Lock In calls.
Vonnect Minutes are digital units purchased through the Apple App Store and used within the Vonnect iOS application to access eligible services, including video calls with verified providers.
Customers purchase eligible Vonnect Minutes through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Available packages and pricing are displayed within the iOS application before purchase. When a customer initiates an eligible video call, the applicable provider rate should be visible. If the call is accepted and the service begins, Vonnect Minutes are used according to the applicable rate and call duration. This applies to calls initiated while a provider is online and calls initiated through Lock In access.
If a provider does not accept an incoming call and no eligible video-call service begins, the customer should not be charged for a completed call. The same applies if the provider declines before the video-call service begins, including Lock In calls. Lock In does not guarantee provider availability.
The customer is using in-app digital units to access an eligible service. Customer Vonnect Minutes should not be described as cash that customers can transfer to providers. Customers cannot use Vonnect Minutes to send money directly to another customer. Provider compensation is managed separately through Vonnect’s provider earnings and payout system.

Providers must be approved before becoming eligible to earn compensation through Vonnect. Customer Minutes are not money that is directly transferred from the customer to the provider.
Verification may include account information, identity information, required documentation, profile review, eligibility review, compliance review, payout onboarding, and additional information required by payment providers or applicable law.

Eligible verified providers may earn compensation for qualifying completed video-call services. Customers use Vonnect Minutes to access eligible services. Vonnect calculates eligible provider compensation separately. Provider earnings are recorded according to Vonnect’s provider terms. Eligible earnings may later become available for payout.
Provider earnings may be affected by eligible call activity, call duration, applicable provider rate, platform/service fees, refunds, adjustments, disputes, fraud investigations, and other applicable terms.
Eligible provider earnings may become available for payout after applicable requirements are satisfied. Payouts may be subject to identity verification, payout-account verification, payment-provider requirements, processing periods, applicable minimums, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, fraud review, account restrictions, compliance review, and applicable law.
Vonnect may delay, restrict, or adjust payouts when necessary for fraud prevention, security, compliance, dispute resolution, refunds, legal obligations, or payment-provider requirements.
